Small Ballers is an exciting and energetic non competitive multi-sport program designed specifically for children aged 18 months to 12 years. We focus on building coordination, confidence, and a love of physical activity through age-appropriate games, drills, and sports like basketball, soccer, baseball, and more Our classes are fun, inclusive, and packed with high energy - just like our coaches

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and playful **Multi-Sports Coach** who loves working with kids and isn’t afraid to get silly, move fast, and make learning sports FUN You’ll lead small-group classes, support children’s physical and social development, and become a role model they’ll look up to.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead interactive, high-energy sports classes for children ages 18 months to 12 years
- Create a safe and welcoming environment where every child feels included
- Keep kids engaged with enthusiasm, encouragement, and creative coaching
- Communicate clearly and positively with parents and caregivers
- Set up and clean up equipment before and after each session
- Represent the Small Ballers brand with professionalism and joy

**You Are**:

- Energetic, reliable, and GREAT with kids
- Experienced in working with children in sports, education, or childcare
- Physically active and comfortable leading drills, games, and movement-based classes
- Able to commit to consistent weekly hours (including weekends)
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
- Able to pass a background check
- A background in early childhood education, kinesiology, or physical education
- Experience coaching sports
- Transportation to bring equipment to and from locations and ability to store equipment
