The Faculty has more than 4,000 undergraduate students and more than 900 graduate students (200 PhD students). **Responsibilities**: **Qualifications**: **Education**: - Undergraduate Degree, in Marketing preferred **Experience**: - 1-3 years of marketing coordinator experience Key Responsibilities: - Managing lead lists and coordinating follow-up communications with prospective students - Assisting with the planning and execution of the Faculty’s Professional Program Preview Day - Developing and implementing digital advertisements to promote marketing webinars - Providing technical support during marketing webinars Skills, Abilities & Expertise: - Familiarity with University policies and procedures preferred - Ability to foster collaboration and respect among team members - Communication skills with confidence interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization - Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design and video editing - Customer service skills with a desire to achieve results in a professional and timely manner - Detail-oriented with an ability to function and process information with high levels of accuracy - Ability to create a positive impression while interacting with others and responding to inquiries, by telephone, in person or electronically - Results-oriented with an ability to handle many tasks and maintain a high level of individual and team performance **Why Western?**: **Background Checks**: While transcripts are not required for the interview, they are mandatory prior to any offer of employment.
