Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a bus, following all traffic laws and regulations
- Transport passengers to their destinations on assigned routes
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers while on the bus
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus, including those with special needs
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
- Follow established schedules and routes
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information and assistance as needed
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the course of duty

Qualifications:

- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working with children or in a similar role is preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus, especially if able to communicate in languages commonly spoken by passengers
- Familiarity with senior care is beneficial for assisting elderly passengers
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement is required
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance checks on the bus is desirable
- Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with passengers in a friendly and professional manner

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.40-$21.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
