**Position Summary**:
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable **Supervisor** to join our team In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily operations, support team members, and ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Ensure quality standards and timelines are met
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
- Assist with scheduling, training, and day-to-day coordination
- Inspect properties and report any issues or maintenance needs
- Drive to various properties as required

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Previous supervisor or leadership experience required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
