**Grading/Excavation Operator**

Deep Reach Excavating is an excavating company where we expect all employees to do various activities throughout the day, including: Equipment operation, Site and equipment cleaning, labour, and set up and tear down of our sites. - Will be responsible for completion of daily activities at the highest level of quality & efficiency
- Must be capable of performing physically demanding duties on consistent basis (backfilling & compaction of trenchs, ground restoration, use of compaction equipment & power tools)
- Must be able to work effectively and communicate well with other team members
- Able to follow company procedures & adhere to company standards, proper & safe usage of all tools & equipment
- Maintain a clean & safe working environment
- Have the ability to prioritize & complete duties with mínimal supervision
- Previous construction experience is a must
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment (Excavators, Skidsteers, dozers, packers etc.) is a must

**Salary**: $22.00-$34.00 per hour
