Security Building Supplies in Regina has an opportunity for a Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the main responsibility will be managing the operations of warehouse distribution. The applicant will be responsible for achieving company targets in terms of outbound shipping schedules, inbound receiving, inventory counting and supporting front end activities in addition to other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

**Warehouse duties**:

- Ensure outbound shipping, inbound receiving and cycle counting targets are met as per policies.
- Load and unload shipments on our outbound & inbound trucks.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Work safely and abide by OH&S standards/requirements.
- Follow all company policies & procedures.
- Maintain warehouse and showroom including putting away stock, sweeping, organizing supplies, and garbage disposal.
- Support front end activities by scheduling restocking activities and providing support to Customer Service team.
- Monitor Warehouse KPI’s, investigate and adjust areas failing to meet the standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team and keep pace in a busy environment.
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

**Skills and Abilities required**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Forklift driver certification is an asset but will to train.
- Experience in Warehouse or Distribution Center environment is an asset.
- Be physically fit and able to lift large, heavy and bulky objects up to 80lbs without struggle.
- Valid class 5 driver's license.
- Computer skills relating to inventory control.
- High attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Knowledge/familiarity with using a computer is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
