**Position Title**: Corporate Trainer

A Corporate Trainer is responsible for the training of new franchisees, management and staff with respect to all duties and procedures related to the heart of house or front of house, in accordance with the Boston Pizza International training program. As a Corporate Trainer, you will be trained in all Boston Pizza policies and procedures, including service standards, inventory, ordering, scheduling, other management procedures, and POS software. You will be part of a team of trainers, who will work together to execute training programs and New Store Openings across the country. When not travelling, all training will occur in a real restaurant atmosphere at our Corporate Training Centers in Richmond, BC or Mississauga, ON.

**What you do**:

- Build the Boston Pizza brand through supporting New Store Openings. Extensive travel required for extended periods of time throughout Canada;
- Assist within training during store renovations and at existing stores that need support throughout Canada;
- Provide training and support to our franchisees, managers, and store-level staff in areas such as dine-in and takeout and delivery service, POS software, labour costs, operations, food procedures, food cost, introductory HR procedures, scheduling and health and safety procedures;
- Carry out in-depth training with our franchisees at our Corporate Training Centre on how to operate a profitable business.
- Work with Training and Development on maintaining and updating training materials and programs.

**Who you are**:

- Must be available for extensive travel for extended durations;
- Great training and public speaking skills;
- Able to multitask, learn quickly, and adapt to different situations;
- Outgoing personality;
- Works well as part of a team;
- Must have good organizational skills and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Comfortable presenting in front of large groups;
- Able to work independently;
- Able to handle challenging situations.
- Vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
