About the team

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Visa rules and regulations in various countries.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Compliance and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Visa services.
- Partner with external service providers to ensure Visa approval rate, improve Visa process and deliver high-quality Visa services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Visa rules and regulations.
- Monitor and mitigate risks associated with global Visa processes.
- Track and report on key metrics related to global mobility programs.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status and effectiveness of Visa initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Visa, immigration, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge of global Visa rules, regulations, and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred, since this role will support Chinese employees.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is CAD$ 64800- CAD$ 102400 annually.

The compensation for this position is based on a monthly compensation structure. The range specified is the expected annual compensation for a person in this position.
