**Job description**

This position available at Mississauga location.

**Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Manage Collections for leasing portfolio, monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Take actions to persuade customers for payments
- Monitor and report aging receivables
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
- Works with back funders on default accounts
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Work with collection agency, assign accounts to collections company and follow-up on the assigned accounts

**Requirements**:

- Proven collection work experience
- College diploma in Accounting or Business Administration
- Hands on experience on QuickBooks or similar accounting software package
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Customer service and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization skills and professional attitude
- Fluent in Punjabi or Hindi

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
