**Job Summary**:
This position is responsible for the assembly of mechanical products and components, while working in a fast paced, dynamic and challenging environment. Our team works Monday to Friday single shifts with onsite training provided.

**Duties and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)**:

- Assembly, support, and troubleshooting of company products and components;
- Completing and maintaining assembly documentation;
- Reporting of process and product related anomalies and problems;
- Advanced connectorization;
- Temperature/pressure testing;
- Part cleaning, stocking of parts and inventory transactions;
- Packaging company products;
- Adherence to ISO quality system;
- Foster an environment that promotes our values;
- Encourages continuous improvement through participation.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Good manual dexterity;
- Experience with mechanical, electrical or fiber optic assemblies;
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawing / build to prints;
- Keen attention to detail with the willingness and ability to learn;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience working within an ISO or other quality system;
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment maintaining focus on work quality schedule adherence;
- Good interpersonal skills for dealing with internal and external customers;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and other computer systems (ie. Time tracking).

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an assembly technician in a related field or post-secondary education in either Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics would be an asset;
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
