**Virtual Sales Wizard **(remote in Halifax, NS)

Are you an amazing Virtual Sales Wizard that’s self-motivated, goal-oriented and loves to work independently? This is a new position with a forever expanding company that would love to find someone who can grow with us.

This a part-time remote position, that could possibly grow into full-time work. It’s a great opportunity for someone who has creative entrepreneurial skills with a passion for sales.

Offering a variety of outdoor adventure activities and luxury nature accommodations - Porters Peak allows you to reconnect with the elements, with each other and with yourself. We offer a getaway from modern life and a chance to feel revived, have fun and be one with nature.

What else is at Porters Peak? Fill (A.K.A: Dirt) and landscaping boulders that we would like to find buyers for AND a collection of landscaping equipment and vehicle rentals, such as dump truck, excavator, tracker, skid steer, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all advertising (Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, ect), messaging, and communication to make the sale, and hand off to operations.
- Prepare sales, rental or leasing contracts.
- Source and develop client referrals.
- Develop and maintain a customer database.
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Negotiate with clients.
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person (if required).
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship.
- Follow up on sales activity.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.

**Skills**:

- Is a natural at sales: relationship building, negotiation skills, and closing abilities.
- A team player with time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is Facebook, Instagram and Google savvy.
- Experience with online advertising.
- Able to think outside of the box.
- Creative thinker with amazing online wizardry skills : )

**Expected hours**:

- Part-time. Approx 5-10 hrs per week to start, this could change as the position and required work grows.

**Salary**:

- $20 - $25 per hour + Bonus. (Wage depends on skill set).

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
