Are you interested in working with male identifying children and youth? Are you able to create fun and safe environment? Do you have lived experience of shelters or domestic violence? Then the Harmony House Boys’ Program is looking for you

**As the Boy’s Program Leader you will be**:

- Creating recreational experiences for male identified children and youth
- Working collaboratively to create a positive atmosphere of inclusion for all participants
- Creatively developing activity plans for children, youth that promote positive masculinity, emotional regulation and discovery of male role models
- Supervising participants and volunteers

**Your education and qualifications include**:

- Proven recreational programming, leadership and supervisory skills would be an asset.
- Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team; with mínimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Lived experience in shelters or living with domestic violence

**Conditions of employment**:

- The successful applicant must maintain legal eligibility to work in Canada. If the successful applicant possesses a work permit, it is their responsibility to ensure the permit remains valid.
- Valid Emergency First Aid or higher and a CPR Level C or equivalent certificate.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

- 4 hour shift
- Evenings
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:
