**_Summary: _**

Provide day-to-day Human Resources support for a specified location. Assist the VP of HR with the design, development and implementation of standard HR systems and processes for Pretium.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Take part in the negotiations of the collective agreement and collective insurance.
- Maintaining health and safety, while organizing OHS meetings.
- Manage grievances, ensure compliance with the collective agreement.
- Manage workplace accident files.
- Manage the files of complaints made to labor standards with our lawyer.
- Hiring and termination of employees.
- Assist supervisors during notices or reprimands.
- Maintaining good working relations between employees, employer, and union.
- Make postings for job openings.
- Negotiate the purchase of clothing, safety glasses, and other PPE.
- Maintain pay equity.
- Organize events for employees.
- Manage insurance, RRSPs and anything else related to benefits.
- Complete the reports required by the government for the maintenance of the French language.
- Make the approval of timesheets.
- Oversee pay for the holidays.
- Keep up to date the vacation files, mobile leave, attendance bonus, hours in the bank, and transmit the pay.
- Schedule orders from customers that are sent by customer service.
- Schedule productions with customer forecasts and purchase order.
- Ensure that productions are made on the dates requested by customers.
- Prepare orders for production.
- Make BOMS and Help Desk for changes or new products.
- Make purchases of raw materials, PKG, office items, items for health and safety, etc.
- Make the receptions of the items received.
- Make some negotiations with local suppliers.
- Other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
