**Start Date**: Immediate

**Job Type**: Full-Time (All Permanent Positions)

**Schedule**:The job requires working split shifts, holidays, nights, and weekends

**Wage**:Negotiable depending on experience and skills.

Blend Kitchen and Bar is North Battleford’s favorite restaurant. We serve modern cuisine to be enjoyed at our location, for pick-up, or delivery. We also host numerous events and provide catering services in North Battleford. Our team brings a unique mix of culinary and beverage experience to offer quality food and drinks.

**Role**:
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day operations
- Keep track of all inventories and make purchases of stock for resale
- Coordinate with the restaurant’s kitchen the preparation of pre-made frozen meals for orders
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and the best price
- Approve payments and any returns of stock
- Accept orders, and supervise deliveries
- Resolve client complaints in a prompt fashion to ensure continuation of the business relationship
- Supervise support staff assigned to assist with the retail sales
- Train support staff in their duties
- Conduct monthly and yearly reporting on sales, and draw conclusions about possible improvements
- Other duties as required.
