Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

In this role, you will need sharp attention to detail in order to review contracts and coordinate projects.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Generate installation packets for new installation contracts.
- Verify all paperwork related to installation prior to a job beginning.
- Use Salesforce & QuickBooks to Invoice, take payments, process price changes & other account information.
- Take inbound/make outbound calls regarding questions and updates about payment/financing/tax credits.
- Process the completion of jobs accurately to be reconciled by accounting; run payment, cost, invoice & add to the gross margin.
- Review customer financing to ensure accuracy in charges and confirm timelines.
- Coordinate with other departments to get proper confirmation for work to be funded in time.
- Create daily missing invoice lists for the operations team to establish a seamless workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- Some customer service experience (required)
- Strong skill set in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Some experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable or accounts receivable
- Project management experience with an administrative focus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently with little supervision after training, and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using the CRM platform Salesforce

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- $22-24/hour

**Schedule**:

- Onsite in our Mississauga office
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
