**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cosmetic Consultant (Commission-Based) to join our team at DermEdge. As a front of house, Cosmetic Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized skincare solutions and cosmetic recommendations to our clients. You will collaborate closely with our dermatologists and estheticians to ensure an exceptional client experience while driving sales of cosmetic products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough skincare consultations to understand clients' concerns and goals.
- Educate clients on skincare products, treatments, and procedures offered at the clinic.
- Provide personalized recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate skincare products and cosmetics for their skincare regimen.
- Promote cosmetic procedures, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of skincare trends, products, and industry advancements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and commission goals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in skincare sales, preferably in a dermatology clinic or high-end spa environment.
- Strong knowledge of SkinCeuticals, AlumierMD, SkinBetter and cosmetic treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for skincare and cosmetics.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
