Job Summary

As a Shelby’s team member you will be actively working with your manager to ensure that each shift operates successfully, smoothly and we have fun.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**

Essential duties of a Shelby's Team Member are:

- Delivering the perfect guest experience
- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- Acts with integrity and honesty, and promotes the culture of Shelby's
- Handling cash flow of the restaurant
- Ensuring delivery of high quality meals to customers
- Prepares and packages food and drink products
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exterior
- Ensuring all standards are being met for hygiene, cleanliness, food quality and safety.
- Maintaining a high task completion rate in a fast-paced environment

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds of force frequently
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Ability to push products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
