**Duties**
- Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities.
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
- Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishments machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Resolve product and service related disruptions.
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment.

**Skills**
- Proven management skills with experience supervising diverse maintenance teams in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in troubleshooting industrial machinery and systems.
- Electrical experience including working with high voltage (HV) and low voltage systems; ability to read electrical schematics accurately.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems for facilities management; ability to perform or oversee routine servicing and repairs.
- Experience with industrial maintenance practices including preventive, predictive, and corrective strategies.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and diagrams effectively for diagnostics and repairs.
- Project management skills to oversee upgrades or installation projects from start to finish within scope and schedule constraints.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English; capable of motivating teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- Familiarity with safety standards related to electrical work (including high voltage), mechanical repairs, and general facilities management practices such as OSHA regulations.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
