MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A REAL ESTATE ADMIN OR HAVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE
- Provide confidential, comprehensive executive support and assistance to the Team
- Provide pro-active, in-person and virtual, customer service to the Team's clients
- Broker load and input MLS listings, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions, etc.), prepare offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms and documents
- Able to work independently and proactively to improve systems, processes and team efficiency
- Coordinate client events and staff meetings
- Obtain comparables, GEO Warehouse Property Reports, MPAC and most recent sale data from MLS
- Organize and maintain filing systems, archives and electronic files
- Follow up with Coop Agents regarding showing activity for our listed properties and record feedback
- Prepare, coordinate and deliver all necessary items to ensure our listings are ready for showings (Feature sheets, internal showing signs, client full MLS, etc.)
- maintain/manage Social media platforms - come up with creative marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Freelance

**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
