Workrite Ergonomics is an internationally recognized leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of innovative ergonomic and space optimization products for the workplace. For nearly 30 years, Workrite has set the standard for ergonomics office products including sit stand desks, keyboard tray systems, and monitor arms.
**Summary**:
The position of Assembly Operator I is an entry level position that involves the safe and correct use of all equipment and the assembly of a variety of Workrite products. The Operator I is responsible for putting together component parts or pieces adhering to a specified set of blueprints or instructions.
**Location: 950 Warden Ave, Toronto, ON M1L 4E3**
**Work Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm (8-hour shift + Overtime Opportunities)**
**Job Type: Full time - (Monday-Friday)**
**Pay: $19.00/hr + sign on bonus**

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform individual assembly steps per work order requirements.
- Assemble parts for final packaging.
- Perform QC (quality control) inspection of products to spot obvious flaws.
- Pick and/or Pack individual orders and palletize freight shipments.
- Maintain working knowledge of product assemblies and requirements.
- Other duties as assigned

- Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate with team; ability to follow verbal and written instructions
