**Who We Are**:
We’re a **fun, fast-paced, and rapidly growing Powersports dealership** built by riders, for riders. We pride ourselves on top-notch customer service, a welcoming team culture, and a shared love for the open road (or trail).
**What You’ll Do**:
As our **Service Writer**, you’ll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice that connects customers to our service department. You’ll:
- Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm
- Write service orders, explain work needed, and keep customers informed
- Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate estimates and timely repairs
- Manage schedules and prioritize jobs efficiently
- Deliver an awesome customer experience from drop-off to pick-up
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A team player with a **positive attitude and great communication skills**:
- Previous experience in service writing, customer service, or the Powersports or RV industry (a plus)
- Basic mechanical knowledge or passion for bikes, ATVs, UTVs or RV's
- Strong organization and computer skills
- A love for all things Powersports—because here, that’s a job requirement.
