**Office Co-ordinator**

Now, more than ever, we are facing the need for safe, affordable, well-maintained housing. **The Community Housing Management Network**provides financial and property management services to co-operatives and non-profit housing providers.

**General duties include**:

- Answering phone_
- Distributing mail/courier_
- Filing_
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment_
- Assist with client billings_
- Complete RJSC annual filing _
- Other general office duties_

**General requirements**:

- understanding of property management_
- knowledge of co-op or nonprofit housing_
- excellent interpersonal skills_
- effective oral and written communication skills_
- be able to organize tasks and priorities_
- experience with Microsoft Office, specifically _excel_
- working knowledge of QuickBooks_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
