**Summary**:
Manage the daily activities of the electrical construction on large-scale wind, solar, transmission, and battery storage project sites.

**Requirements**:

- Interfaces between Client, Company, and Subcontractors.
- Submits daily and weekly contractor progress for internal and client communications.
- Reviews daily construction plan and schedule for electrical work, advising of changes or adjustments,
- Thorough understanding of the project and construction constraints.
- Tracks daily subcontractor progress on site and aids with drawing interpretation; reduces subcontractor billable numbers as appropriate.
- Reviews and redlines all drawings, specifications, and safety procedures for compliance and correctness with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Engineers, ESA safety authority, and code.
- Attends and participates in meetings including Plan of the Day (POD) and safety meetings.
- Tracks deliverables on site.
- Completes and submits daily paperwork for site activities.
- Inspects subcontractor workmanship and code compliance; identifies deficiencies and participates in RCA and corrective actions as necessary.
- Provides information for change order items.
- Manages all electrical drawings from start to finish of project.
- Manages Safety, daily, and weekly, completes Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and compliance paperwork with sub-contractor Safety.
- Manages electrical sub-contractor duties on site, ensuring compliance as per drawings, specifications, quality plans, and applicable electrical codes.
- Manages and documents electrical paperwork and submittals.
- Operates Company vehicle to oversee site operations
- Reviews and updates standard work instructions and procedures participate in JHA creation and support paperwork with Subcontractor.
- Leads by example to show that safety is the most important function, ensuring that all employees follow safe practices while working.
- Accountable for continually reinforcing safe behaviors and correcting “at risk” behaviors.
- Adheres to and ensures all site team members understand standard operating procedures.
- Leads and supports the site team in technical, quality, and safety, utilizing the system in place.
- Fosters and demonstrates a workplace inclusive of creating opportunity, serving others, building trust, innovation, and exceeding expectations.
- Manages one or more direct reports.
- Participates in the hiring and selection process to fill positions on the team.
- Communicates regularly with direct reports on goals, accomplishments, and information on policies.
- Demonstrates leadership and expertise in eyes of the client group.

- Provides tasks and assignments that challenge and stretch employees’ responsibilities.
- Conducts regular discussions with employee(s) on personal development. Comfortable with empowering others.
- Conducts timely, effective performance reviews in accordance with RES guidelines.
- Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.

**Qualifications**:

- Master Electrician (or 8 years of experience).
- 5+ years of Electrical experience working in the construction industry, Renewables experience Preferred.
- 1+ year Supervisory experience.

**Anticipated base salary range**: $119,000- $140,000

The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
