**Office Manager/ book keeper required for Manufacturing Office in Tilbury Delta.**

This is very much a job suited for a jack of all trades. Being resilient, strong organizational skills, detail orientated, and an easy going demeanor are what's going to make this job great for you.

Your monthly work flow is always similar, but it is 100% up to you on when, how to do it, how you meet your dead lines, etc. This is very much a solitary position, but with the support of senior management when needed.

**Required Skills/ tasks**:
Strong computer skills
- MS Office package, Outlook, Simply Accounting, Worksafe BC, ITA, ADP, courier/ delivery webpages, staples, costco etc.

Knowledge of customs documents, creating proforma invoices/ USMCA's etc.

Experience with accounts payable
- matching invoices to packing slips, entering in Simply Accounting, reconciling and paying via cheques
- US/ Can and visa.

Entering time cards for shop employees daily for payroll via ADP bi-weekly.

Ordering any office supplies for 2 shops.

Final sign off for work orders before they are filed.

Monthly reconciliation of all expenses, AP, AR, etc for management teams.

Knowledge of HR/ WCB a strong asset.

**Other**:
This is a Monday to Friday job, 0730-1500. (you will be paid for 8 hours)

Strong command of the english language is required as far as talking, typing etc. This is a must have*

**Salary**: $26.00-$31.00 per hour
