**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare presentations for clients prior to the meetings (using office 365; Power Point, Excel and Word as well as in-house software programs)
- Offer administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Look up certain data points and information in client files
- Perform data entry, typing, and proofreading tasks as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
- Attention to detail is a high priority for this role

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems

As an Administrative Support member, you will play a crucial role in preparing inforation for client meetings. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency of our team.
