- **Solution architecture -define solution architecture satisfying overall cost and performance requirements**:

- Specification and design - organize and plan, monitor and support design engineering multidisciplinary activities
- System engineering - organize, monitor and support engineering for complex systems
- Bilingual in English and French

T1: Safety Specialist

The main activities will be as follows:

- Safety and reliability assessment (PSSA/SSA, FMEA, FTA and CMA) of systems and controllers (software and hardware) flight control in accordance with ARP4754/61 practices
- Defines, negotiates and shares security and reliability objectives and methods with the rest of the team, customers and partners.
- Prepares, presents and defends the safety and reliability plan to our customers.
- **Definition of architecture**:

- At the start of the project, participates in workshops on architectural choices
- Identifies and formalizes security and reliability requirements through documentation documents

**Specification**
- Participates in the validation of requirements and supports the verification process
- Provides its expertise to other Thales entities as well as its partners
- Performs the evaluation of the security and reliability of the concepts defined during the research phase
- Evaluates security and reliability activities during the tender phase
- Presents and explains the reliability and security aspect for an audience not initiated into the aspects of safety and reliability.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $65.00-$70.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
