At Charmed Playhouses and Charmed Resorts, we bring imagination to life by creating fairytale-inspired playhouses and cottages. With over a million followers across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, we’re looking to expand our digital content by producing next-level content that showcases our buildings behind-the-scenes and the unforgettable experiences we offer.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Video Production**: Plan, film, and edit high-quality, videos that showcase our building processes, playhouses and resorts.
**- Content Creation**: Develop creative concepts and ideas for video content that will engage our audience across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
**- Scriptwriting & Storyboarding**: Write scripts and create storyboards for each episode or content piece, ensuring they align with the brand’s tone and style.
**- Project Management**: Organize and manage video production schedules, working collaboratively with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
**- Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos, adding music, graphics, and effects as needed.
**- Collaboration**: Work closely with our owners and Chief of Marketing to develop content strategies and ensure consistency across platforms.
**- Storytelling**: Create compelling, fun, and entertaining stories that highlight the whimsical world of Charmed Playhouses and Resorts.
**- Presence**: Be confident and comfortable engaging with staff, guests, playhouse owners, and resort visitors on camera to bring a fun and outgoing energy to the content.
**- Equipment Management**: Handle camera and lighting setups, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and ready for each shoot.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video production, including filming, editing, and producing content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and planning skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content best practices (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Experience in directing and organizing shoots, including working with multiple people and settings.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Outgoing, fun, and confident personality with a strong sense of humor.
- Assertive and able to take charge in planning, organizing, and leading video shoots.
- Knowledge of visual storytelling techniques, camera angles, lighting, and sound design.
- Bonus: Experience producing content for a brand with a strong following or experience in the entertainment industry.
