**Overview**

**Duties**
- Plan, create and post reels in keeping with brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective content strategies that align with business goals.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas aligned with the latest trends and audio.
- Film and edit high-quality reels using mobile or professional equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a consistent content calendar.
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest innovative ways to engage with different target audiences.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Instagram and Tik Tok content creation (portfolio or Instagram and TikTok accounts required)
- Strong video editing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content.
- Familiarity with social media analytic and algorithm is a bonus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
