***As an important member of our in-store team, the Administrative Assistant is expected to exercise good judgment, and provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and friendly manner. Duties will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Answering telephones in a courteous and friendly manner
- Scheduling customer appointments for tire and mechanical services
- Assisting the secretary and counter staff with duties as required
- Maintaining general office filing system
- Providing service quotes and receiving customer authorization for work to be performed on customer vehicles, finalizing sales, and completing customer follow up
- Ensuring that all products are billed accurately to the customer
**What does it take to get on track?**
- High school diploma
- 2+ years performing administrative support in a retail environment
- Automotive industry experience is preferred- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software required- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be considered a definite asset- Proven organizational and time management skills in order to effectively manage independent work and customer inquiries- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
