BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for a **QA Team Lead** **to join our team

Our Technology department is a 30-person distributed team of software, QA, and DevOps engineers delivering amazing digital products on a leading-edge technology stack.

**THE ROLE**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a QA team of 5+ members
- Establish, maintain, and oversee all aspects of QA processes and methodologies to ensure effectiveness and alignment to industry best practices
- Conduct QA team performance review and improvement
- Work across cross-functional teams and clients to create and drive the QA vision of the company
- Partner with engineering teams to stay informed of new technologies being introduced and to ensure that system components are designed for testability
- Assist with the creation of both automated and manual test cases as new features are being developed
- Document issues and suggest improvements on features and processes
- Identify opportunities for innovation and client value-add
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, extremely responsive, and able to prioritize a large number of tasks

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

If you’re an engineer at heart with a passion for automation you’ll love this job.

**Must have**
- Min 5 years of professional web testing experience
- Min 5 years of proven experience in test automation including prior hands-on quality engineering
- Working experience using defect tracking systems
- Passion for product quality and a positive user experience
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Accessibility Testing
- Experience with Cypress (or comparable technology) in building reusable automation scripts

**Nice to have**
- Experience in an agency, consultancy, or startup environment
