**Job Description**:
Under the direction of the General Manager, we are looking for a Bartender who will be accountable for creating memorable guests experiences, bringing energy and personality to every interaction, and crafting delicious classic and signature drinks.
**What you will be doing**:

- creating a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service;
- providing guest with food & beverage suggestions, while taking in consideration preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions;
- promptly receive drink order chits and prepare beverages;
- communicating beverage descriptions, special and information to guests and team members;
- stocking and maintaining all bar products including mise en place;
- checking and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels;
- counting and taking inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist manager with inventory ordering;
- other assigned duties

**The person we are looking for has**:

- a valid Smart Serve Certification
- Sake & Japanese whiskey knowledge is a strong asset
- strong classic cocktail knowledge
- the ability to work effectively alone
- passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service
- strong communication skills
- the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
