**Job Summary**

Using Trello or some sort of task management to complete tasks and check off that they're finished
- Putting completed deal sheets into Skyslope, in a timely manner.
- Book and cancel showings
- Run Comps
- Docusign offers
- Create route to go on showings
- be responsive during the training and onboarding
- Have a fast response time (real estate in Toronto is all about speed)
- We host events once a quarter. Help with organization
- send updated every morning about what we have scheduled
- Help with CRM system
- Social Media Management
- Film and edit social media
- Manage Youtube page
- Manage Compass Team IG page
- Facebook Ad management
- Drivers license to help with odd tasks
- Helping with client closing gifts and sending them out
- Writing our cards and mailing them to clients (with our yearly calendar)
- Calendar management (morning text with whats up coming)
- Knowing that when we ask for something to be added to our calendar it will happen
- Adding all new clients birthdays into calendar
- Fintrac
- Uploading deals and paperwork to Skyslope
- Personal duties and assistance outside of real estate
- Billing management
- Quickbooks weekly receipts updates

Manage executive schedules using Outlook Calendar, ensuring all appointments are organized and conflicts are resolved promptly.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
- Assist in document management by proofreading materials for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Prepare documents for electronic signatures using DocuSign, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and communications.
- Support various administrative functions as required, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook Calendar, is essential.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail in written communication.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data entry and file management systems is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,086.00-$50,493.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
