**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Utilize estimating software to generate precise pricing for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers to assess project scope and timelines.
- Conduct site visits to gather relevant data and assess conditions that may impact project costs.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids.
- Prepare detailed reports that outline estimated costs, including breakdowns of labor, materials, and overhead.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and contracts for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials costs, and best practices in construction estimating.
- Foster relationships with clients and strategize to attract new business.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field (3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
- Project management experience is a plus but not required.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
