Sheaves Capital is seeking a **Credit Risk Analyst** who will be responsible for determining our customers’ creditworthiness. The Credit Risk Analyst will work closely with our partners and agents in document collection and facilitate closings.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Monitor compliance and follow up with credit agreement breaches and submit status report to credit committee
- Stays current with latest industry knowledge, competition and market trends
- Communicate and coordinate with agents, clients and partners
- Assist credit committee in developing underwriting standards and compliance and control requirements
- Participate in the collections review committee and establish remedial actions plans based on delinquent accounts

**Requirements**:

- Sound judgment and ability to make decisions
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enjoys working in a team environment and independently
- Post-secondary education in business, accounting, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in French is an asset

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (required)

**Experience**:

- underwriting: 1 year (preferred)
- Risk analysis: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- North York, ON M3J 2G9 (required)
