We believe that people can copy our marketing, they can try to copy our products, but they can never duplicate our company culture because it's truly something special We are currently seeking a Frame Cutter to join our awesome Production Team What your responsibilities will include: - Utilize mitre saw/table saw to cut wooden mouldings according to customer order - Ensure quality of moulding is up to company standards prior to cutting - Communicate any issues to the supervisor/manager - Comply with Roma Moulding Health & Safety policies and procedures including the use of safety materials, equipment, devices and clothing - Keep work area neat and tidy - Carry out any tasks that may be assigned by the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor in an effective and timely manner What we require from you: - High school diploma required - Prior Warehousing and/or order picking and/or framing experience is an asset - Prior experience with mitre saws/table saws is an asset - Ability to read and understand imperial measurement system (inches and feet) - Willingness to cross-train in other areas of production - Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently - Ability to lift up to 60 pounds What we can offer you: - To be part of the happiest company in the world - A company culture like no other - A competitive Salary and Health Benefits - A work environment that drives creativity, innovation and passion - Future growth and development - To join a team of likeminded, out-of-the-box thinkers who love to have fun and deliver WOW in everything that they do - An opportunity to make an impact and create value **Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Woodbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - carpentry: 2 years (preferred) - mitre saw/table saw: 1 year (preferred) - Order picking: 1 year (preferred)
