**About Us**

**About the Role**
We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our expanding team. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional client support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring clients enjoy a smooth experience with our company. Your contributions will strengthen client relationships and build loyalty, supporting our goal of long-term customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Drive Sales and Build Loyalty**: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and identify sales opportunities. Foster loyalty through strong relationships that encourage repeat business.
- **Provide Outstanding Support**: Guide customers through the sales process, respond to their questions, address concerns, and facilitate successful deal closures. Offer ongoing support to ensure continued satisfaction and resolution of any issues.
- **Manage Customer Data and NPS Goals**: Keep customer information current in our CRM and strive to maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering outstanding service and consistently exceeding expectations.
- **Generate Referrals and Support Growth**: Identify opportunities to generate referrals and provide valuable feedback on customer experiences to support continuous company growth.

**Projects You'll Work On**
- **Maintain High NPS and CSAT Scores**: Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the client experience.
- **Develop After-Hours Support**: Research and implement external or automated solutions to offer customer support outside of business hours.
- **Monitor Customer Satisfaction**: Track customer satisfaction throughout their journey, pinpoint pain points, and work with relevant teams to ensure these are resolved promptly.

**Qualifications**
**Must-Haves**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales acumen with a drive to achieve targets.
- Customer focus, empathy, and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with adaptability.
- Self-motivation, excellent time management, and independence.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- At least two years in a customer-facing role with demonstrated experience in customer support.

**Nice-to-Haves**
- Experience with AI prompting.
- Real estate industry knowledge.
- Familiarity with G Suite.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
