**Position Title 1**: Ocean Import Export Coordinator (NOC- 13100)

**Position Title 2**: Air Import/Export Coordinator (NOC 13100)

**Wages**: $29 per hour for 32-40 hours per week

**Terms of employment**: Full time, Permanent

**Job duties**
- Oversee and co-ordinate administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures as required to maintain timely bookings, accurate documentation and confirmation of successful transactions and as well as oversee billing, supplier invoice approvals, printing Ocean Bills of landing and printing AWBs.
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff (quotes or searches), ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed, maintain accurate files and work flow and approve supplier invoices and invoice clients in a timely manner. Approve and/or investigate data inconsistencies.
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes. Constantly try to improve our processes.
- Create all the necessary shipping, export and/or import, documentation with excellent attention to detail.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence. Fully understand our freight management system Forwarder Logic and use this system to book both truck and air cargo, to build a network of contacts to establish great rates.
- Liaise with government agencies and worldwide freight partners, understand and share your unique view of geography and cultural nuances to help gain a competitive advantage. Comply with all international agency regulations for transportation safety, security and speed.
- Comply with the Mellohawk Employment Manual.
- Understand and complete e-manifest (Advance Commercial notice for customs)
- Complete ocean and air dangerous goods certification and keep your status in good standing.
- Understand and Comply with weight and dimension limitation issues and comply.

**Education**:Completion of College Diploma or other non-university certificate of 1-2 years is required

**Work Experience**: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience is required

**Language**: English
