- The Respiratory Epidemiology Research Team conducts research related to lung health across the lifespan and the epidemiology of respiratory diseases. The research program includes studies that collect primary data, analyses of secondary data as well as evidence synthesis projects.**Job Summary**

The Respiratory Epidemiology Research Team conducts research related to lung health across the lifespan and the epidemiology of respiratory diseases. The research program includes studies that collect primary data including measurement of lung function, analyses of secondary data including large population based cohort studies as well as evidence synthesis projects to inform research strategy or health policy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Derive new insights into respiratory epidemiology.
- Synthesize knowledge from epidemiological research conducted by the team.
- Lead the development of reports, presentations, manuscripts, and other knowledge dissemination materials.
- Facilitate meetings with key partners throughout the project lifecycle, ensure positive tracking against project milestones.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop opportunities to exchange information and incorporate new knowledge into project plans as appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with students and research staff on multi-disciplinary projects.

**Note**

**Hybrid role**:The successful applicant will be eligible for hybrid work (combination of in-person work on campus and remote work) as agreed by all parties based on operational requirements and university guidelines.**Required Qualifications**
- Masters degree in Epidemiology with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to analyze information and problem-solve.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

**Assets**
- Expertise in respiratory research.
- PhD in Epidemiology, or other relevant discipline.
