**Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities**:
As the Retail Sales Associate at East Coast Lifestyle, your job is to provide exceptional customer service with the East Coast vibe and hospitality.

**Retail Sales Associate Job Duties**:

- Welcome customers by greeting them with East Coast hospitality; offering them assistance
- Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items
- Build meaningful interactions and relationships with our customer
- Advise customers by providing information on products
- Advised customers on utilization and care of merchandise
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions
- Always be punctual and professional around customers and other employees
- Answer customers’ queries and concerns
- Help market and tell the behind the brand story of East Coast Lifestyle
- Accept payment via Cash or Credit using POS system provided
- Assist in display of merchandise
- Maintain sales records for inventory control
