ANCTI is currently recruiting for the role of **Warehouse Operator**. Reporting to the Lead Warehouse Operator, this position plays a key role in the safe and efficient movement of finished paper rolls using a clamp truck in a 24/7 production environment.

Warehouse Operators are responsible for loading and securing finished products for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring continuous support for production operations, amongst other duties.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Operate a clamp truck to move, load, and stage paper rolls and other materials safely and efficiently.
- Load finished paper products onto trucks, railcars, and intermodal following securement standards and safety procedures.
- Conduct visual inspections of products and equipment before and after use.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with production, logistics, warehouse colleagues, and truckers to meet daily schedules.
- Complete shipping documentation and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Participate in ongoing safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Minimum Grade 12 education required.
- Experience operating clamp trucks, forklifts, or other heavy equipment is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts (days/nights, including weekends and holidays).
- Valid driver's license required.
- Mechanical aptitude is considered an asset.
