**Job Responsibilities include**:

- Overseeing all aspects of construction activities on the job site.
- Supervising the construction of assigned projects in collaboration with management.
- Executing project work plans aimed at keeping the project on track and on budget.
- Managing all site supervision and workforce resources, providing mentorship and training.
- Ensuring the project materials and workmanship meet the project quality standards.
- Maintaining professional relationships with local trades, suppliers, customers, and the general public.
- Leading site project meetings as needed and providing direction and guidance.
- Working with the Construction Safety Officer to ensure all safety programs are followed according to company policies and procedures.
- Being able to read and interpret working drawings, shop drawings, site instructions, and RFI's.
- Working well under pressure to meet project completion timelines.
- Coordinating with sub-trades to ensure all work is in compliance with contract documents.
- Performing additional assignments as directed by management for successful project completion.

**Qualifications & Knowledge**:

- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage time and responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
- Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and experience guiding safe work practices in high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with project construction law and building codes and the ability to adapt to changing conditions and proactively develop solutions to overcome challenges.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe job site and a strong track record of working effectively with teams, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Understanding of construction budgeting and financial management.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
