⦁ Responding to calls from customers who have questions regarding insurance, group benefits, retirement, or banking products.
⦁ Respond to inquiries or claims regarding insurance or investment policies.
⦁ Answering questions regarding products or services the customer may have.
⦁ Documenting customer interactions in the client system thoroughly, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

**To qualify**
⦁ You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
⦁ Post-secondary education with industry certification, or equivalent work experience is required.
⦁ Be willing to work under an immediate supervisor. Accept and learn from feedback - we are all in this together and growth is guaranteed
⦁ We will pay you to complete online training, but you must commit to attending - 100%, no missed time
⦁ Be able to complete and pass a background check
⦁ Be willing to complete a drug screening

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**

**The Details**
⦁ The pay rate is $17 CAD, with performance based incentives up to an extra dollar per hour
⦁ This is a Full-Time position, part time hours are not available
⦁ Training is paid
⦁ Benefit eligible after 60 days
⦁ This is a fully remote position, 100% work from home
⦁ Schedules are Monday-Friday

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
