_**Responsibilities**:_

The Administrative Assistant II will be responsible for supporting the Company’s operations in the Saskatoon office. You will assist in Accounts Payable processes, vendor management, and expense reporting. You will also be responsible for managing the Company’s training and documentation in support of workplace safety. You will be responsible for all general administration of the Saskatoon office. You will work on exploration permitting and engagement processes as part of the team. The position is based in the Company’s Saskatoon office.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist with Accounts Payable, including invoice coding and entry into Company’s Accounting database
- Assist in vendor management and sourcing for Saskatoon operations
- Manage employee expense reporting and corporate card reconciliation
- General administrative support to the Saskatoon Office including: Employee timesheet entry and management

Maintain office day-to-day operations
Maintain stationery and office supplies
Handle shipping and receiving for Saskatoon Operations
Coordinate office-support contractors
- Manage training program for Saskatoon-based Geological team
- Manage personnel records and onboarding of new staff in the Saskatoon office
- Assist with preparing and managing exploration permits, engagement initiatives, and facilitating discussion with northern communities and vendors.
- Adherence to all company policies, procedures and standards, and legislated requirements with a focus on health, safety, and the environment
- Ensure all employees and contractors use safety equipment and operate in a safe manner
- Such other office-related duties as may be assigned from time to time
- **Required Skills**:_
- Diploma in Accounting, an equivalent degree, or equivalent work experience
- Up to 4 years of experience in administrative and/or accounts payable clerk roles would be considered an asset.
- General understanding and experience with Quickbooks, or equivalent accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Technical writing and presentation skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint mainly)
- Ability to function in a team environment
- Competent problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task on a regular basis
- Past experience in the development or facilitation of training programs would be considered an asset.
- Past experience in community engagement, permitting, and vendor discussions would be considered an asset.
