Job Title: Paint Correction Specialist
- Thoroughly inspect vehicles to identify paint imperfections (swirls, scratches, oxidation, etc.).
- Develop and execute comprehensive paint correction plans using a variety of techniques and tools.
- Perform meticulous polishing and buffing to remove defects and restore paint clarity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and products are properly stored.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest paint correction techniques, products, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using various polishing and buffing machines (rotary, dual-action).
- Expertise in different types of abrasives, compounds, and polishes.
- Strong knowledge of paint types, clear coat systems, and their properties.
- Ability to diagnose and correct a wide range of paint defects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving flawless results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for cars and a strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
