**Service Concierge**

**Maple Hyundai **is currently seeking an enthusiastic, dependable and capable **_Service Concierge_** to greet our service customers. If you have a great personality, truly care about the customer experience and want to work in a great environment with a great culture, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers/perform car walk around as customers arrive for their appointment
- Inquire about their visit and locate the individual who can help them.
- Coordinate traffic and customer flow.
- Assist with washing service cars prior to customer pickup
- Assist with shuttle when required.
- General traffic control of the service drive-through.
- Check customers out and run outstanding payments through the POS machine

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to provide meticulous work.
- Must be able to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Good time management and customer service skills.
- G class driver’s license with a clean Driver’s Abstract
- Must be willing to move and clear snow during the winter months.
- Ability to carry on more than one task at once.
