**JOB OPENING: Sales Associate - Temporary Position**

For over 30 years, **Anne-Marie Chagnon** has been creating unique, handcrafted jewellery in Montreal. True works of art and emotion, her creations are now found in hundreds of independent boutiques, museums, and galleries around the world.

Since 2011, **wellDunn** has been designing modern, bohemian jewellery, also handcrafted in Montreal. Inspired by adventure and creativity, the brand founded by Dominique Dunn is known for its original designs and artisanal quality.

This winter, the two brands are joining forces to showcase their jewellery at the **Ottawa Christmas Market at TD Place**.

**Role**

We are looking for a **temporary Sales Associate** to welcome and assist customers in an outdoor chalet at the heart of the Christmas Market. The position runs from **November 21 to December 7, 2025**, Fridays through Sundays.

As the role takes place mainly outdoors, it is important to be comfortable working in winter conditions and to plan for warm clothing. We strongly believe that experience and friendliness are valuable assets—**retired applicants are warmly encouraged to apply.**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with booth setup and takedown;
- Ensure proper product merchandising and displays;
- Welcome customers and provide attentive, personalized service;
- Answer questions, guide customers, and present the jewellery;
- Monitor inventory and keep displays stocked;
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

**Desired Profile**
- Experience in customer service or sales (an asset, but not required);
- Comfortable engaging with customers and offering warm service;
- Ability to work outdoors in cold weather;
- Independent, reliable, and punctual;
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move light stock.

- Open-mindedness, patience, and team spirit;
- Flexibility and a positive attitude;
- Access to a car (an advantage for transportation).

**Conditions**
- Temporary position for the full duration of the event;
- Schedule: Fridays to Sundays, **November 21 - December 7, 2025**;
- Workplace: Ottawa Christmas Market (TD Place), in an outdoor chalet;
- Hourly wage to be discussed;
- Plus: a complimentary piece of jewelry.
