Position type: Full-time THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE: - Trustworthy, honest, respectful, accountable and reliable - Calm, positive, and have a solution-oriented attitude in all situations - Committed to personal excellence, driven to succeed with a "can do" attitude - Able to plan, see the “big picture” and prioritize - Adept at critical thinking and problem solving - Flexible and adaptable Description of duties: - Meeting with clients to establish their needs, measure jobs and develop scope of work for restoration (water damage, mould and asbestos) and reconstruction - Conduct inside sales activities to identify and engage potential customers within the market. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. - Maintaining relationships with our existing client base - Establishing new relationships with potential clients - Setting weekly goals with Manager to drive year-end sales targets - Working with admin assistant to take care of your sales admin needs - Work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all estimates are developed within project goals. - Prepare detailed Cost Estimates, Purchase Orders and Change Orders. - Assist with the development of schedules with the Project Team to meet milestones and completion dates. **SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**: - Minimum of 1 year utilizing Xactimate estimating software (preferred) - Minimum 2 years of experience in a dynamic sales role - Minimum 2 years in Restoration or Construction industry - Strong understanding of restoration and construction processes and materials. - Experience in accurately measuring jobs - Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license - 3 years of consistent driving insurance - Clean drivers abstract - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Clean Criminal Background check - Full time availability Monday to Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm **COMPENSATION**: - Competitive salary compensation - Extended Health and Dental (after 90 days) - Use of company vehicles - Work with a close-knit team of professionals who love what they do **APPLICATION**: Secondly, please attach a cover letter indicating 3 VALUES that you will bring to our team.
