The interactive platform also benefits the Merchants with a higher level of brand loyalty.

In order to serve more merchants and users, we are expanding our business and adding more new functions, so that Snaplii can become a digital wallet commonly used by people in North America.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated Product Operations Specialist to join us who is interested in product tooling, is extremely analytical, and has a passion for optimization to make or product organization more productive, effective and data-driven.

**You Will**:

- In-depth understanding of user needs, able to describe user persona, and formulate corresponding refined marketing plans according to different user characteristics.
- Continuously polish product personalized recommendation strategies based on data to improve orders and repurchase.
- Aggregate and analyze member issues using internal tools, customer surveys, and queries of all available data sources to gather user insights.
- Research user behaviour and industry trends, regularly conduct user research and competitive product analysis, and put forward targeted product improvement and development suggestions.
- Collaborate closely with their product and design teams to ensure operational team processes are factored into new product development plans and designs, and to integrate solutions to identify user experience issues in upcoming versions.
- Formulate product operation plans and indicators based on data, and combine data results to promote product improvement and operational strategy optimization.

**Qualifications**
- 2 + years of experience in product operations, or product management in toB e-commerce industry is preferred
- You have a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and can develop a deep understanding of a complex product and its use cases
- You enjoy digging deep into the data, analyzing user feedback and using these insights to drive product improvements
- You have a talent for building empathy for user problems
- Strong data analysis and logical analysis skills, good at finding and solving problems.
- Have good teamwork ability, business understanding ability, good at communication and cooperation.
- You have a can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
