Apprentice Powersports Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair defects in powersports equipment and small engines
- Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Assemble and test new equipment
- Adhere to workplace safety policy and regulations
- Complete all required factory training materials and sessions.
- Keep detailed and accurate maintenance and repair reports and documentation
- Clean and maintain workspace as required
- Organize and move parts and inventory to and from storage facilities and lot

**Qualifications**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Secondary school/ high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ontario Drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- Experience in snowmobile, ATV, marine and motorcycle mechanics an asset
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
