hiring a **detailed and reliable Unit Cleaner** to perform professional **move-in and move-out cleaning** for apartment units. This role is ideal for someone with cleaning experience who takes pride in making spaces look spotless and ready for new tenants.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Perform **deep cleaning** of vacant apartment units before new tenants move in or after tenants move out.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, including:

- Wiping down cupboards, counters, backsplashes, and sinks
- Cleaning inside/outside of appliances (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave)
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including:

- Scrubbing showers, bathtubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
- Clean all living areas and bedrooms:

- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping all surfaces
- Cleaning inside closets, windowsills, doors, and baseboards
- Spot clean walls and doors as needed
- Remove garbage and debris left behind in units
- Ensure the unit is **100% move-in ready** according to company standards

**Requirements**:

- **Previous professional cleaning experience required** (move-in/move-out cleaning preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle (required)
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed checklists
- Must be reliable and punctual

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
